    What is the cost for service?
    Answer:
    Your cost is as low as 88 cents a day. If you choose to pay quarterly or annually you will receive greater discounts. See the pricing chart here.

    What type of contract do I have to sign?
    Answer:
    There is a monitoring agreement that outlines what type of medical alert service we will provide. You may cancel at anytime upon 30 days notice.
  • Question:
    Are there any other costs in addition to the monitoring fee?
    Answer:
    No - unless you choose special shipping service or optional services.

    What are my billing options?
    Answer:
    You can choose to pay LifeStation monthly, quarterly, or annually for service.

    LifeStation accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

    Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is also available for your convenience.

    I want LifeStation for my mom and dad who live together - do I pay two monitoring fees?
    Answer:
    No. You simply pay one monitoring fee plus an additional $3.99 per month for the extra help button.
