When I first called LifeStation I actually talked to a live person, not a recording. I can't recall his name but he was very nice and helpful explaining everything. I called several other (medical alert systems) services and overwhelmingly chose LifeStation. After receiving the unit, they were very helpful setting it up. Luckily, we have not had to use it but my mom who is 86 wears it on her wrist all the time.
