In addition to this, we have taken new steps to ensure that our monitoring centers will continue to operate seamlessly, and quickly, to facilitate emergency help 24/7/365.
Our multiple existing, redundant monitoring centers across the United States have now been further augmented with remote agent capabilities to ensure that our highly trained care specialists are fully operational to take emergency calls no matter what develops over the coming weeks and months.
