Exercising regularly has important benefits for seniors, however, the cold winter months pose special problems for seniors who usually exercise outdoors. It is important for seniors to stay safe and warm during the cold winter months, but that doesn’t mean they have to stop exercising. We have found a number of ways that seniors can stay active without having to face the cold of winter.
The first resource we found outlines a variety of winter workout exercises for seniors that can be done indoors.

The NHS provides many resources to help seniors learn about different medical conditions, treatments and general health advice. They include a section that is dedicated to different exercises for seniors, all of which can be done inside.
