When my mother (who lives alone) was coming home from the hospital I ordered LifeStation and it arrived two days later. Setup was very easy, she calls about once a month to test the system and the person at the other end is always very helpful and friendly.

I can only assume they would be just as helpful in an emergency. I am very satisfied with your product and service.
