Once your help button is pushed, the LifeStation medical alarm console is activated immediately.
Within moments, you are connected with a LifeStation Care Specialist at the UL listed monitoring center.
Our Care Specialist will attempt to communicate with you through the LifeStation console, which has enhanced speaker and voice equipment built right in.
Your LifeStation specialist will assess the situation and get you the assistance you require immediately.

The console enables

As an alternative to your
portable help button you can
use the large help button on the
console to contact LifeStation.

Calls for help

My father fell and suffered a severe gash to his head that was bleeding badly because of the blood thinner he was on. Our instructions were a bit complicated but they were followed completely. The operator ascertained my Dad was conscious and stayed on the line with him until the medics arrived.

My Dad lived in a gated community. The gate was called after 911 and a member of the community came to stay with my Dad. All the while your operator offered words of comfort and reassurance telling him police had been dispatched. The police arrived and the operator remained on the line until the medics got there and the hospital of choice was communicated.
